BUILT BY TATIANA KOMBO

A TRANSATLANTIC OPERATOR WITH LOCAL EXECUTION

There is a rare kind of operator in the music industry — one who doesn’t choose between the creative and the strategic, the local and the global, the sound and the story. One who sees all of it as a single architecture, and knows how to build it. Tatiana Kombo is that person.

Of Nigerien, Iranian, and Ukrainian heritage, raised between Niamey and Paris, she moves across continents and disciplines with equal fluency — A&R, public relations, image, creative direction, and talent management. Over a decade across Paris, New York, London, and Atlanta. Cross-border campaigns. Gold-certified collaborations. She doesn’t hand off the work. She architects the whole.

In 2025, Tatiana Kombo founded Dark Line Publishing — a Paris-based international creative music publishing company serving artists, producers, labels, and brands across A&R, image, communications, and strategy. Built for talent that was made to travel.

“Dark Line is here to break barriers and build cultural bridges — musically and visually.”
